The magazine subscription business relies heavily on rapid testing of offers across audiences & customer lifecycle in order to maximise returns. TI Media (formerly Time Inc) needed a platform to help gauge success of proposition and price tests across the 50+ titles in their UK portfolio.

A consolidated cloud based DWH was created, joining the company’s key data sources (pricing, customer, subscriptions) into a single environment. A custom-built application was built on top of this, refreshing daily, showcasing headline commercial performance across acquisition & retention, with analytics layers tying back performance shifts to proposition & marketing test activity.
